So, on another fresh episode of Throwback Thursday, we are reminiscing on the 2 Kings joint effort from Phyno and Olamide in 2015 and our particular pick is “Carry Me Go” which features indigenous vocalist, Stormrex.
One thing that makes the song spectacular is the originality and local vibe in it. Stormrex of PentHauze Records came through on the song rendering the chorus in Igbo with her sweet voice. Olamide and Phyno gave us the Yoruba and Igbo bars respectively despite the record being a love jam.
