Wizkid, the prominent Afrobeat singer, has postponed his ‘More Love Less Ego’ album tour.
The singer said the postponement was due to an unforeseen logistical issue.
Wizkid made the announcement on his Twitter page, stating that the tour of the United States and Canada will now take place in the Fall of 2023.
He also assured his fans that all tickets purchased for the original dates remain valid for the rescheduled shows.
The American music tour, which was originally scheduled to commence on March 3 in Houston, Texas, has been postponed until further notice.
Wizkid also promised to keep his fans updated with the new tour date once it is confirmed.
A statement released by the ‘Joro’ singer ran thus:
“Due to unforeseen logistical circumstances, the Wizkid – More Love, Less Ego Tour has been postponed to Fall 2023.
All tickets purchased for the originally scheduled shows will be honoured on the new dates at the respective venues. Stay tuned for more information. Love, Wiz.”
