A man identified as Ojonugwa Ojomeje alongside his accomplice, Emmanuel Micheal and Moses Ogeh has been arrested for stealing his in-law’s uniform for robbery in Ikorodu, Lagos.
Ojonugwa who is the leader of the gang revealed that they also took Micheal’s in-law police vest and cap for their operation as he was outside the state at that time.
The suspects had been arrested by operatives of the Rapid Response Squad.
They had been caught while trying to escape after collecting an “Okada” from arider.
The victim had cried out for help few minutes after releasing the Okada to the robbers.
His cry drew the attention of the operatives in that area who chased and arrested the robbers few meters away from the scene.
