Nollywood: "New Money" Movie; It's Dramatic, Entertaining & Educating

Finally, the Nigerian movie, “New Money” is out in the cinemas from Friday, March 23, 2018. The Nollywood movie produced by Tope Oshin Ogun, the director of MTV Shuga is a comedy trapped the same time in drama. Parading a great cast of the likes of Jemima Osunde, Falz The Bahd Guy, Kate Henshaw, Blossom Chukwujekwe, Wole Ojo, Kalu Ikeagwu, Osas Ighodaro Ajibade, Wofai Fada.

The storyline of the movie centers on a young girl, Toun Odumosu whose life turned around unexpectedly when her wealthy dad (unknown to her) died and passed on the CEO role to her by virtue. Overwhelmed and confused, she took up the responsibility with her passion for fashion on the line. Her new lifestyle affected people around her, her mom and her friend.

Her contenders are ready to force her out of the seat, she’s caught in between her father’s wish and her own passion but she won’t let her contenders have their way. She devises the most daring means to put things in order. Her dad’s legacy and her career? She made the tough decision.

Coming to the drama itself, you will be thrilled, at the same time, be cracked up with the New Money movie. Falz role in this movie was major unlike the previous ones we’ve seen. Falz’s debut in Couple Of Days movie is no where compared to this. We felt more of his acting skills. And for Jemima Osunde, she really put in her best in this movie. Being put on the spot as the lead act, Jemima has gone further to prove how much of a wonderful actor she is.

The movie is filled with intrigue, drama and comedy.
