Taylor Swift Set To Release New Album

Award winning singer and songwriter, Taylor Swift’s highly anticipated album Lover is just a week away from release and she’s teased fans with the unveiling of the album’s tracklist.

The 18-song album features previously released tunes “ME!” featuring Brendon Urie, “You Need to Calm Down,” “The Archer” and the title track, Lover. It also includes another guest besides the Panic! at the Disco frontman, calling on the Dixie Chicks for “Soon You’ll Get Better.”

In her Vogue cover interview for the magazine’s September Issue, Swift said: “There are so many ways in which this album feels like a new beginning… This album is really a love letter to love, in all of its maddening, passionate, exciting, enchanting, horrific, tragic, wonderful glory.”

A stellar performance at The Bluebird Café in Nashville helped Taylor Swift get a contract with Scott Borchetta’s Big Machine Records. She released her first single, “Tim McGraw,” in 2006, and the song became a Top 10 hit on the country charts.
