Several fans of Lil Wayne’s outdoor Lil WeezyAna Fest were injured during a crowd stampede following rapper Meek Mill’s performance .
This is not the first time this will be happening, last year there was a brawl and stampede at Lil Wayne’s A3C festival last year , is it a coincidence or Lil Tunechi’s team do not pay attention to his fans security and safety. Either way he needs to do better than tweeting
