Some residents in Oyo state tied a tortoise to an electricity poll to scare off PHCN officials. This was made known by the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company through their twitter account.
They captioned it “Lol, some Nigerians will do anything to avoid paying bills. As seen in Oyo state. Have a great week!”
