"Please...Why Am I Trending On Twitter?", Alarmed DJ Cuppy Asks

Singer, and daughter of billionaire businessman, popularly known as DJ Cuppy has expressed her surprise over her, trending on the streets of Twitter.

This trend comes after DJ Cuppy expressed her view on giveaways on social media. According to her, giveaways are a means of buying fans. In her words,

However, a twitter user simply identified as Mazi, who is popular his numerous money giveaways lashed out on DJ Cuppy, saying the giveaways would be a compensation for having to bear with ‘the turmoil and trauma’ that comes with her music.

As with Twitter’s culture, tweets have been flying around under the hashtag #FreeCuppy. Her fans have taken to the streets of Twitter to fight her battle. Many of them berate Mazi for his tweet and asks him as the hashtag suggests to free Cuppy.
