No World Leader Wants To Do Business With Buhari – PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that President Muhammadu Buhari’s recent trip to Japan shows that world leaders don’t want to do business with him.

President Buhari returned to Nigeria yesterday after converging with different world leaders at the 7th Tokyo International Conference on Africa Development.

PDP claimed that Buhari was unable to make any economic deal with investors and it proved that he has been rejected by the international community.

In a statement by its national publicity secretary, Kola Ologbodiyan on Sunday, September 1, PDP said Buhari’s inability to secure a deal was disgraceful.

The conference has shown that no world leader or international investor wants to do any business with Nigeria under President Buhari, mainly because of the legitimacy burden of his presidency, arising from the rigging of the February 23 presidential election, as well as overt impunity, corruption, treasury looting and recklessness that pervade his administration …Kola Ologbodiyan – legit.ng

The opposition party wondered how neighboring countries like Ghana and Ivory Coast were able to seal economic deals with Toyota but Nigeria couldn’t.

President Buhari’s plane touched down at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

The 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7) took place in the city of Yokohama, Japan.
