Kingdom performs “Unbreak My Heart” at Nigerian Idol
Talented soul singer, Kingdom is another idol that made it through to the Top 7 tonight at the Nigerian Idol and he graces the stage to perform Toni Braxton’s “Unbreak My Heart”.
Kingdom had struggled in his last performance to impress the judges as his choice of song, Davido‘s Aye didn’t bring the best out of him – this time, he makes it up and back to that pedestal.
“Unbreak My Heart” is an original song by Toni Braxton in 1996 for her album, Secrets.
The song is a ballad about a “blistering heartbreak” in which the singer begs a former lover to return and undo the pain he has caused.
