UTD has begun to show interest in Bournemouth Winger, david Brooks. Although, Manchester United are yet to make official contact with Bournemouth winger David Brooks but could make a serious bid, as their attempts to sign Jadon Sancho continue to stall.

David Brooks who has been on United’s radar for some time and could be attainable for around £40million this summer, with the Cherries needing to sell players after their relegation from the Premier League.

Brooks enjoyed a very impressive 2018/19 campaign before missing a large portion of this season due to an ankle injury. However, the Wales international was able to make his comeback when play resumed in June and he went on to feature in each of the Cherries’ nine remaining league games.

Considering Brooks’ versatility, it would perhaps make more sense if the Bournemouth man was brought in as an alternative to Jack Grealish who the Red Devils have shown plenty of interest in as well. Indeed, United are continuing to keep an eye on his situation, but the fact that Aston Villa are holding out for £80m will only make a deal more challenging.

David Brooks is capable of playing on either wing as well as in an attacking midfield role, and he could be available for around £35m, a very reasonable price for a player who meets the criteria required at Old Trafford and has Premier League experience.
