'Man Of The Match' Will Get N1m & 10 Bags Of Rice As Nigeria And Zambia Clash

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF)’s new partner, Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group has boosted the morale of the Super Eagles’ by bringing back the much anticipated “Man of The Match Award”, ahead of today’s football match against Zambia in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifying match.

Onyekachi Onubogu, the company’s Executive Director, said the award, now to be now recognized as “Big Bull Rice Man of The Match” will make the winner (Man of The Match) N1 million substantial, alongside 10 bags of Big Bull Rice to be granted to a charity of the player’s choice.

The award will be presented on the football pitch, at Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo, at the end of the match.

The Nigerian Football Federation believes that organizing an award like this will sprout the best in the players and motivate them to perform excellently well and encourage a culture of excellence.
