Lasisi Elenu: How Instagram Comedian Gained 100k+ Followers In A Month

There is a particular filter on SnapChat that became grossly popularized by a Nigerian named Lasisi Elenu, who has risen to become the Instagram comedian of the moment.

Lasisi Elenu adopted the Snapchat filter that changes the face to a funny one with a filtered voice as well. He gradually became a sensation on Instagram and he launched out the #ElenuChallenge. A good number of Nigerians took part in the challenge, including celebrities like Don Jazzy, Orezi and few others.

Lasisi Elenu did not stop at that, he kept pushing his funny content from contemporary issues an average Nigerian can relate with.

As at October 24, 2017, Lasisi Elenu celebrated hitting a milestone of 10,000 followers.
