Nemesis has caught up with the suspected killers of Miss Uwaila Vera Omozuwa, the undergraduate student who was raped and killed inside a church in Edo a while back.
News making the rounds reveal that the killers have confessed to the crime, disclosing that they were paid the sum of N1 million to kill the victim.
The development is trending on Twitter as Nigerians are calling for justice for the slain girl, saying the killers should face the consequences of their inhumane act.

Yesterday evening the Edo state command of the Nigeria Police paraded 6 suspects alleged to be responsible for the rape and murder of Uwaila Vera Omozuwa.
While this is commendable we believe that Justice for Uwa demands more. @PoliceNG #JusticeForUwa

I still can't phantom where some women inherited Jealousy.
How will you tell me you killed someone's daughter because she's doing well in churchππ
Just go straight to the point.
You want to use her for ritualsππ©#JusticeForUwaπ https://t.co/56KiUFdksy— S A M U E Lπ¦ π΅ (@OluwatosynBanks) August 27, 2020
Remember when e-feminists were making #JusticeForUwa a war against MEN, and not a war against EVIL?? How does it feel now, knowing a WOMAN was behind the heinous act? Evil is NOT gender-specific! That said, I pray each & every one of those monsters get what they deserve. RIP Uwa.

If these 6 are indeed responsible for Uwa's rape and murder we urge the police to follow the dictates of the law and charge them to court
It has become the norm in recent times to parade suspects before the press and social media; but this is not enough.@PoliceNG#JusticeForUwa pic.twitter.com/XMYHH9aMdp
