The well-known actress and businesswoman, Iyabo Ojo, has publicly criticized her fellow actress, Lizzy Anjorin, for her absence at their scheduled court session. Iyabo shared a video on her Instagram profile highlighting that Lizzy failed to appear in court, despite allegedly having the necessary evidence for their case.
The legal proceedings have been postponed to April 10th.
Iyabo communicated in the video that the court would be issuing a new summons to Lizzy.
She warned Lizzy that the forthcoming summons would be conspicuously posted to ensure she does not forget the next court date.
Iyabo stated: “April 10th is around the corner……. the court will be serving you once again, Liz, and this time, the court has given the order for it to be pasted everywhere on your wall if you don’t accept it ……. this court se, we must go and you must bring all your evidence by force by fire.”

It was noted earlier that Iyabo Ojo posted a video where she appeared to be impersonating and teasing Lizzy Anjorin in a playful manner.
Offended by Iyabo’s portrayal, Lizzy retaliated by sharing sensitive information about Iyabo, accusing her of engaging in promiscuous activities.
In response to the accusations, Iyabo threatened to take legal steps against Lizzy unless she received a public apology, along with a warning that Lizzy could face a lawsuit demanding N500 million for defamation.
The dispute between them intensified after Iyabo Ojo humorously commented on allegations that Lizzy Anjorin was involved in a theft of N90k in a Lagos market.
Lizzy refuted these accusations, suggesting that Iyabo was attempting to tarnish her reputation.
