Governor, Yahaya Bello, has said that he was confronted with over N50 billion salary obligations left by the previous administrations.

Bello said the huge debt obligations inherited had impeded his government’s development plans for the state.

The governor, in a state-wide broadcast, to mark the country 60th Independence Anniversary, on Thursday, added that he had cleared most of the debt left behind by the past administration.
