Guaranty Trust Bank Limited (GTCO) has introduced a faster and more convenient way to authorize transactions on its business app, GAPSLite.
Before now, all transactions can only be performed on the Banking app with the authorization of a hardware token. With the introduction of this PIN, one will be able to perform transactions at a go where the hardware token is not available.
How to switch to PIN on GAPSLite
To simply switch from hardware token to PIN, follow these procedures
- Log in to your GAPSLite app
- Click on the menu (☰)
- Navigate to Settings
- Then, Click on SWITCH TO PIN
- Enter new PIN
- Re-enter new PIN in the second space
- Enter transaction amount limit: (input N1,000,000.00, that is the maximum)
- Then, enter the token generated from your hardware token.

- You can easily make a transfer on your GTB business account via GAPSLite without your token
Cons
The transaction limit using a PIN is N1,000,000.00
