Chelsea Makes Three (3) Defensive Signing In Three (3) Days

In order to keep Chelsea as a front runner in the Premier League title race,  Frank Lampard is carefully rebuilding the squad. Just in three days, Chelsea signed Ben Chilwell, Malang sarr and Thiago Silva.

Newly, he completed the deal of signing Chilwell. However, Blues announced their signing on Twitter account with the caption of ‘Ben is blue’. Ben Chilwell pocketed by Chelsea for £50m from Leicester City.

Back to back, Frank Lampard completed the signing of Malang Sarr on a free transfer with the five years contract with Stamford Bridge. As per the reports from Goal Malang might be sent on loans or designed to play at centre-back.

After Malang Sarr’s deal, Chelsea moves ahead to sign Thiago Silva from Paris Saint Germain on a free transfer. Whereas, Fabrizio Romano made the twit regarding Thiago Silva’s signing. He claims that Thiago Silva will stay with Blues till 2022 season.

Chelsea needs to offload some defenders due to the arrival of the three new players in the squad. Therefore, Chelsea required making proper decisions regarding the future of the players.

The Chelsea left-back didn’t seem to be in form for this season, because he was not able to replace Alonso from the starting lineup for Chelsea in this season. However, many of the Chelsea supporters hope the exit of the Emerson in this season. So there will not be an issue if would gets sell in this summer transfer market. As there will not be any profit to Chelsea if they put him on loan. Hence, the entry of Chilwell makes Alonso or Emerson leave the club.

The 24 years old Chelsea centre-back Andreas Christensen will need to leave this summer. Christensen is a technical player who will properly fit in Italie’s league. Because his technical gameplay doesn’t support the physical battle of the English Premier League.

Henceforth, Frank Lampard will look forward to tie-up another player with Thiago Silva at centre-back instead of Andreas Christensen. So Chelsea will look to sell him in the summer transfer market before the next began. Also, Zouma might be sold to make some cash for incoming players.
