“Where I Belong” is the 4th collaboration between Busta & Mariah, after their cover of InDeep’s “Last Night A DJ Saved My Life” for the Glitter soundtrack, the smash hit “I Know What You Want” and Busta’s unreleased verse on “Side Effects.”
The song was recorded and the music video was filmed in 2017. At that time, a short 10-second snippet was leaked on DJ Suss One’s Instagram. Photos from the set were also leaked.
