FC Barcelona are not giving up on giving Ousmane Dembele a new contract before June 30. The 24-year-old was given two contract extensions at the Camp Nou but he turned them down.
Dembele is happy at Barcelona and is looking to do his best to help his team. However,the France international is open to a new challenge, preferably outside Spain. Bayern Munich are currently monitoring the situation but will not make any move until he is a free agent.
Barcelona are hoping Dembele will accept a €350k weekly wage but the winger is pushing for almost €400k weekly. Bayern Munich are not willing to pay him more either and it is sparking rumors that Newcastle United will jump at the opportunity to land Dembele on a free this summer.
