Dr Yinka Ayefele, Chairman of Fresh Nigeria Limited, has expressed disappointment over a viral Tik Tok video that claimed he had passed away. The video was created with photos of Ayefele and his triplets accompanied by a dirge from Tope Alabi’s gospel song.
The video caused an uproar among Ayefele’s fans and well-wishers worldwide who contacted him to verify the news.
Speaking to the Nigerian Tribune, Ayefele expressed his displeasure over the creators of the video and their intentions. He stated that he is alive and well, and that he has handed those behind the video over to God for punishment. He also urged his fans to disregard the rumours and prayed for many more happy years of life.
The video elicited reactions from viewers who expressed their anger and curses towards the creator of the video while praying for Ayefele’s good health.
