Napoli’s President, Aurelio de Laurentiis, has revealed that the club has extended a two-year contract offer to their star striker, Victor Osimhen. However, de Laurentiis added that the Nigerian forward could potentially leave the Italian club if they receive an irresistible offer.
While the Napoli president did not disclose a specific transfer fee, he made it clear that the club would only consider selling Osimhen for an amount exceeding €100 million.
After an impressive campaign with Napoli, Osimhen has garnered attention from several top European clubs who are now vying for his signature. The Nigerian international, who joined Napoli from Lille in 2020 for a record-breaking fee of €75 million, still has two years remaining on his current contract.
