Elon Musk announces new features for Twitter

On Wednesday, Twitter’s CEO, Elon Musk, announced a series of exciting new features for the popular social platform. These new additions include direct message replies, voice/video chats, and encrypted DM 1.0.

Musk took to his personal Twitter page to make the announcement. He stated that the latest version of the app will allow users to reply to any message in a thread, not just the most recent one. Additionally, users will have the freedom to use any emoji reaction they choose.

Musk also confirmed that the release of encrypted DMs V1.0 will happen on Thursday. This new feature will continue to grow in sophistication, providing users with a high level of privacy and security. Musk even went as far as to state that he wouldn’t be able to see a user’s DMs, even if someone held a gun to his head.

In the near future, Twitter will also be launching voice and video chat from a user’s handle to anyone on the platform. This will allow people from all over the world to connect without the need for exchanging phone numbers.

These exciting updates are sure to be a hit among Twitter users, providing them with new and innovative ways to connect with others on the platform.
