Sowore explains why he’s not beefing VeryDarkMan over Blord’s release

Omoyele Sowore just addressed the whole drama around Blord's prison release, and he's taking the high road. The activist and journalist secured Blord's freedom from Kuje prison, which was massive news. But instead of getting into a back-and-forth with VeryDarkMan over who did what, Sowore is choosing peace.

So here's what happened. When news dropped that Blord was out, people started asking who really made it happen. VeryDarkMan was in the mix, Sowore was involved, and suddenly it became this thing where both sides were getting credit. The kind of energy that usually leads to Twitter wars and diss tracks.

But Sowore isn't having it. He explained that his focus is on the actual win, not on trading insults with VeryDarkMan or anybody else. He's saying the point is Blord got released, and that's what matters. No need for the drama when there's a real victory to celebrate.

Here's the thing though. Sowore also mentioned he's been getting threats over the whole situation. People threatening him for being involved in Blord's case. Instead of clapping back at those people or getting into beef with VeryDarkMan, he's staying focused on why he did it in the first place.

The activist has always been about speaking up and taking action, especially on issues affecting young Nigerians. Getting someone out of prison is kind of his lane. So when he says he won't waste energy on beefing, it's probably because he's already moving on to the next thing.

VeryDarkMan hasn't really backed down from his position either. The content creator has his own way of doing things, and he's always been vocal about his wins. But if Sowore is refusing to engage in a word war, that might just kill the whole thing before it even starts. Sometimes the best response is no response.

The bigger picture here is that Blord is free, and that's what people should be talking about. Whether it was Sowore, VeryDarkMan, or both of them together, a young Nigerian got out of prison. That's the real story.
