Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham Faces Doubt for Braga Match
Real Madrid Coach Concerned About Bellingham’s Injury

Real Madrid’s head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, has expressed uncertainty regarding the availability of midfielder Jude Bellingham for their upcoming Champions League clash against Braga on Wednesday. Bellingham sustained a shoulder injury over the weekend, casting doubt on his participation in the crucial match at the Santiago Bernabeu. Despite his injury, Bellingham did participate in part of the team’s training session on Tuesday.

The English international has been a pivotal figure for Real Madrid, scoring an impressive 13 goals in 14 matches across various competitions this season. His recent shoulder problem occurred during the La Liga encounter against Rayo Vallecano, where he played the full duration of the match.

Ancelotti addressed the media on Tuesday and stated, “If he will play or not, I don’t know, he’s doing quite well, he’s comfortable. He did not complete the whole training session, to avoid knocks, but he’s recovered well. He might play tomorrow, I will decide it tomorrow with him.”

Bellingham’s goal-scoring prowess has been crucial in filling the void left by Karim Benzema’s departure in the summer transfer window. Meanwhile, Brazilian duo Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo Goes have faced challenges in regaining their top form.

Regarding Vinicius, who received a booking for dissent during the Rayo Vallecano match, Ancelotti acknowledged that the player still had room for improvement in terms of his attitude. However, he expressed optimism about Vinicius’ progress, saying, “Vinicius keeps making the difference. It might be that he has to improve his attitude in some circumstances, but I think that he’s improved it a lot. We are very happy with what he’s doing on the pitch, maybe he’s been a little out of place in some moments, but his attitude has improved a lot compared to previous years.”

In related news, Real Madrid announced the contract extension of French midfielder Eduardo Camavinga until 2029, following the recent extensions of Vinicius and Rodrygo.
