We have come to an era in the music industry where talents emerge from different corners with various vibes. The street is flooded with young chaps with strong hip-hop DNAs in them but it only takes a litmus test for them to turn red.
Picazo Rhap, real name Omogbolahan Sodiq Ilabode is another revelation in the Nigerian hip-hop scene. He came under TalkGlitz Media radar when he bounced on Chinko Ekun’s Able God with a rap cover that took over the internet.
The energy, delivery, attitude and ease that come with his flows on the one-minute rap are just overwhelming.
A peek into Picazo’s archives reveals he resides somewhere around Ejigbo in Lagos and TalkGlitz also observed that he’s surrounded with other young talents of his kind. There’s another potential rapper in his crew who goes by the name, Yomi Blaze.
Unknown to many, Picazo Rhap has been on this rap grind for a while now, though, not mainstream. He’s been doing things in the studio.
As a raw talent that he is, music professionals are already pushing for him. Bizzle Osikoya, he founder of ThePlug that manages Davido, has also shown interest in Picazo.
