Conte has been given £150m to spend on transfers this summer and it includes signing defender Cristian Romero on a permanent basis this summer, after joining on loan from Atalanta. The club has mainly been impressed with Conte’s performances that helped them secure the UEFA Champions League qualification.

Perisic has had a remarkable career, winning the league title in Germany and Italy, being a finalist at the FIFA World Cup, and also lifting the UEFA Champions League with Bayern Munich in the 2019/2020 season. The Croatia international has been on the radar of a few clubs around Europe this season as he has been instrumental at Inter. He has played 35 times in the Serie A this season, scored 8 goals, and had 7 assists.

The 33-year-old has verbally agreed to personal terms with Spurs ahead of the summer window. He will move in as a free agent and will sign a contract that will keep him at the club till June 2024. The club is in full support of signing Perisic as he is seen as a whole package of experience by the club’s hierarchy.

Spurs will also listen to offers for Steven Bergwijn who will leave the club this summer. He has expressed his intentions to leave North London on several occasions as he laments his lack of game time. Ajax are a favored contender as well as Sevilla, who intend to rival Ajax for the OnsOranje winger. Bergwijn only wants to be an integral part of any team he will be playing at and he is weighing up his options carefully.

‘There will be no transfer of Son Heung-Min as the club has tagged him ‘Untouchable’. Son scored 23 Premier League goals, winning the Golden Boot, and shared the honours with Liverpool’s Mo Salah who also scored 23 goals. Tottenham will send Japhet Tanganga on loan ifa riht bid comes by. Conte intends to get the best out of the 22-year-old but he has struggled with injuries in the last few months.
