Patoranking Chosen For Remake Of Bob Marley’s ‘One Love’ Song
has been by UNICEF to join other artists for a remake of Bob Marley’s ONE LOVE song

Nigerian dancehall maestro has joined the list of artists selected in the remake of the Bob Marley classic One Love.

The choice was made by the United Nations International Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in a project sponsored by the body to raise funds to support children in developing nations that need help the most amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

UNICEF says that ’s unique blend of African music and Reggae/Dancehall has earned him a place in music history.

His sound is distinct and easily recognizable in modern African music”, they said in a statement.

Taking to his Instagram account, shared the good news, writing:

ONE LOVE by means a lot to me and to be on this new version alongside the Marley Family and others in support of @unicef’s coronavirus relief is an incredible honour. One Love featuring the King coming July 17th @amplified.records @oneloveoneheart2020.”
