Nigerian music artist Omah Lay has publicly acknowledged the woman he shared a dance with on stage during his performance at the Eventim Apollo in London this past Tuesday. The event was a part of the European stretch of his “Boy Alone Tour”.
Previously, Omah Lay became the center of online debates when a video showcasing him and the female fan dancing together during his concert went viral.
The two were seen moving rhythmically to his track “Bend You,” where it appeared the woman had left her boyfriend in the audience to join the singer on stage for a dance that many described as provocative.
In a recent clip, the artist can be seen being prompted to recognize the fan, who was revealed to be named Fafa.

He was encouraged to, “Give Fafa a shoutout, that your fan.”
To which Omah Lay warmly replied, “Fafa, that’s her name? Fafa, I love you.”
