Nollywood actor, Afeez Agoro Oladimeji, has tragically succumbed to a prolonged illness at the age of 48.
The actor, standing at an impressive height of 7 feet 4 inches, had been battling chronic hip arthritis for several months, which ultimately led to his demise.
Reports indicate that Oladimeji had been ailing for an extended period and had recently sought financial assistance to undergo surgery.
The actor shared his urgent need for an operation to replace the ball and socket joints in his hip. It was a crucial procedure that held the potential to alleviate his suffering and improve his quality of life.
Yesterday evening, on June 14, he was urgently admitted to Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) after experiencing complications related to his condition. Regrettably, he passed away at approximately 7:30 pm.
Following his untimely demise, preparations for Agoro’s burial commenced at his residence located on Community Road, Akoka.
