The Federal High sitting in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, nullified the All Progressives Congress governorship primary election that produced Mr.Obong Akan Udofia.

Delivering the judgment on Monday, November 14, 2022, the presiding judge, Justice Agatha Okeke, ordered that a fresh governorship primary be conducted within 14 days.
