France superstar Kylian Mbappe has again sparked a media rumor. Yesterday, Le Parisien claimed that the 23-year-old had agreed to sign a two-year deal before his contract runs out in June. Mbappe’s mother however denied the claim and released an official statement, making it clear that her son has neither signed nor agreed any deal with any club either in principle or otherwise.

The forward has been tipped to sign for Real Madrid in the summer when he will be a free agent. When PSG and Real Madrid faced off in the UCL round of 16 second leg, Mbappe’s parents were given a special invitation by the Spanish club and sat in the director’s box.

Paris Saint Germain are working feverishly to extend Mbappe’s contract and the club are rumored to be preparing a bumper contract that could possibly make him one of the highest earners in the world. The Les Blues superstar has scored 24 goals in 32 appearances in the French Ligue 1. He also has 15 assists in the competition.

Mbappe has always wanted to play at Real Madrid according to sources close to him. Mbappe is only focused on ending the season on a high, having won the Ligue 1 mathematically. Paris are also set to part ways with a good number of players which include Thilo Kerher, Juilan Draxler, Angel Di Maria and  Colin Dagba.

A return to the Bundesliga could be very much on the cards for Kerher as well as Draxler, who is also attracting interests from the Premier League. Angel Di Maria is looking forward to returning to Benfica. Colin Dagba is believed to be in close contact with clubs in Germany and Celtic are also monitoring his situation.
