The Economic Financial and Crime Commission, EFCC, has warned landlords against renting their houses to internet fraudsters popularly known asβyahoo boysβ.

The anti-graft agency mentioned this on its Instagram page. According to the anti-graft agency, landlords who give out their houses to yahoo boys may face up to 15 years in prison.

Earlier this year, the EFCC said βyahoo boys have gone spiritualβ, promising to clamp down on their activities.
βYahoo boys now going spiritual even doing money ritual and making it a new usual we will come for those individuals, tell them it wonβt be business as usual,β EFCC had said.
