Kaduna and Kogi State Governors Monitor Cashless Policy Regime Case at Supreme Court

The Supreme Court is currently hosting the legal proceedings of a suit filed by Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, and his Kogi State counterpart, Yahaya Bello, against the Federal Government and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regarding the Cashless Policy Regime.

The two governors arrived in the courtroom accompanied by their supporters and high-ranking government officials at around 8:30 am to monitor the proceedings.

The Cashless Policy Regime implemented by the CBN is being challenged by three states in a legal battle with the Federal Government.
