The couple’s vast collection of belongings seems ready to fill every nook and cranny of their sprawling estate. After two years of property hunting, Lopez and Affleck have finally settled on an astounding mansion, ticking off every luxury one could imagine.
The couple’s new residence comes complete with a cinema, a wine room, a whiskey lounge, and a spa equipped with a hair and nail salon, sauna, and massage room. Fitness enthusiasts will be delighted by the separate 5,000 square-foot sports facility, hosting an indoor pickleball court, boxing ring, and sports lounge. Furthermore, the mansion features a two-bedroom guard house for enhanced security.
In total, the mansion offers a stunning array of 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 15 fireplaces, epitomizing luxury and opulence.
Remarkably, Lopez and Affleck purchased the property for $60,850,000, paying entirely in cash, and the entire transaction was completed within a week. Although the price may seem steep, the couple secured a fantastic deal, considering the property was originally listed for $135,000,000 in 2018 and was relisted for $75M this year.

The couple, now hitched, had previously shown interest in a few other properties, entering into escrow but ultimately backing out before closing.
