Nigerian socialite and crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has made a controversial announcement about his future plans.
The 30-year-old internet sensation revealed that he intends to continue with his current lifestyle as a “classy ashewo” until he reaches the ripe old age of 95.
Bobrisky, who is known for his flamboyant fashion sense and controversial social media presence, made the announcement on his official Instagram page.
In the post that has since garnered thousands of likes and comments, the self-proclaimed “male Barbie” stated that he has no intention of giving up his “ashewo” business, a term used in Nigeria to refer to sex work.
“I’m not stopping this ashewo lifestyle until I’m 95 years old,” Bobrisky wrote. “In fact, I’m going to hand over my ‘classy ashewo’ business to my grandchildren because it’s very sweet.”
The announcement has sparked mixed reactions on social media, with many people criticizing Bobrisky for promoting a lifestyle that is often associated with exploitation and abuse. Some have accused him of glamorizing prostitution, which is illegal in Nigeria.
