US-based Nigerian hip-hop artiste, Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington, has sparked controversy with his bold declaration that he will never marry a woman who is 30 years old or above.
The eccentric rapper, renowned for his unique style and outspoken nature, made the startling statement in a video making rounds on the internet.
Speaking in a blend of English and Igbo, Speed Darlington expressed his strong aversion to the idea of settling down with a woman in her 30s, claiming he would rather embrace a life of solitude. He further said that he would rather donate all that he owns to charity than start a family with a woman who’s 30 and above as a result.
“I would rather die lonely than marry a 30-year-old woman. I prefer to sell all my things [properties] and give it to charity than starting a family with a woman in her 30s,” he emphasized.
