Nigerian music sensation, Iyanya has recently provided insight into the significant repercussions that arose from the allegations levied against him by his former Ghanaian girlfriend and actress, Yvonne Nelson.
The accusations, centered around his alleged involvement with Nollywood star Tonto Dikeh, had nearly cast a shadow over his current romantic relationship.
Iyanya revealed this during his appearance on the “Tea With Tay” podcast, hosted by actor Temisan Emmanuel Ahwieh, also known as Taymesan.

Within its pages, Nelson pensively detailed her discoveries on how she found out her ex-boyfriend, Iyanya, was cheating on her with Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh.
In the wake of this exposé, Iyanya divulged that the shockwaves of the book’s revelations had far-reaching consequences, impacting his ongoing romantic endeavors. He candidly admitted, “That stuff [Yvonne Nelson’s allegations] is crazy, bro. That stuff almost made me lose a relationship. A current relationship.
“Before this book [Yvonne Nelson’s memoir], I was talking to one innocent girl who is not famous but immediately that book came out, everything became shaky. The girl was feeling like, ‘Omo, this guy, have you changed? Are you sure you won’t do me the same?’
