Cardi B has defended her Grammy Award win for Best Rap Album, revealing the challenges she went through to complete the album.
The rapper reacted on Twitter after fans claimed she didn’t deserve the Grammy Award, which should have been given to fellow rapper, Travis Scott.

I did it all while I was pregnant.Throwing up, drowsy,terrible colds and in a rush to finish it so I can start doing music videos before I started showing .I spend 24 hours for months sleeping on a couch with my pregnant depressed ass in a studio .

Cardi B further stated that she hadn’t even thought of the Grammys while working on the album due to her pregnancy. She also said that her husband, Offset, helped her with management.
