Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West Senatorial District has been sacked by an Appeal Court in Abuja.
The ruliing was made on Friday, October 11, 2019 after the Appeal Court affirmed the judgment of the Kogi State National and State Assembly Election Petition Tribunal.
The appeal filed by Senator Dino Melaye of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was nullified as the court also ordered that the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, is to conduct fresh elections within 90 days from today.
