The singer appeared virtually in a hearing on Thursday, where the judge granted her a permanent restraining order for a duration of 5 years against Christopher Anderson, a 39-year-old man.

According to sources, Anderson had professed his love for Billie, despite the fact that the two had never met. As a result of his persistent unwanted visits, Billie’s family had to call the police on five separate occasions in December, which made the singer feel unsafe to visit her family home.

In response to these events, Billie sought a temporary restraining order against Anderson last month, which has now been made permanent by the judge.

The restraining order requires Anderson to maintain a distance of 100 yards from Billie, her family, her parents’ home, her vehicle, and her workplace. Additionally, Anderson is prohibited from contacting the singer on social media or approaching her in any way. In the event of a violation, Anderson could be immediately arrested by the police.
