In a shocking revelation during the reunion of Big Brother Naija Season 7, Saviour Ikin Akpan, widely known as Pharmsavi, opened up about his sense of betrayal after being nominated for eviction by his fellow housemate, Eloswag.
Pharmsavi expressed his disbelief when Big Brother, the authoritative voice of the show, announced his possible eviction.
He confessed that he never expected to be put up for eviction at that particular time, especially considering his friendship with Eloswag, who held the prestigious position of Head of House.
The incident left Pharmsavi questioning his trust in Eloswag, despite having attempted to resolve the matter with him.
Speaking passionately, Pharmsavi revealed the depth of their friendship, stating, “This is not even like a joke. We are like guys in the room. I can eat, and he may not like his food. We can even eat together. Even when he won that sh*t. Like the whole Head of House (HoH) thing, I was like, oh! Thank God o.
“I remember hugging him. I was like, congrats bro. Not until Big Brother called my name, Pharmsavi. I said, how far na? This guy na my guy. We were in the same room.”
Pharmsavi further expressed his disappointment, emphasizing that he had envisioned Eloswag reaching the top five or even the top two in the competition. However, Eloswag’s decision to nominate him for eviction left him feeling betrayed and wary.
“He (Eloswag) is someone that if I have the chance, I want to see him in like top five, top two. This guy called my name up. I honestly felt (betrayed).
“I feel like this guy, if anyone gives him poison to put in food for me, he can do it. I don’t have issues with him. I am just not going to be friends with him,” Pharmsavi confessed.
In response, Eloswag defended his actions, claiming that the decision to nominate Pharmsavi for eviction was not solely his own.
He stated that it was a collective agreement among the other housemates. Although Eloswag attempted to mend the broken friendship by reaching out to Pharmsavi, his attempts were met with rejection as Pharmsavi declined his call.
