The Anambra State Police Command has successfully rescued three children who were kidnapped from their parents in Abia, Akwa-Ibom, and Rivers States, respectively. The children’s names are Master David Frang, aged 8, Miss Sarah Frang, aged 3, and Master Chibuchi Sunday, aged 7.

The children were rescued from individual suspects who are currently in police custody in Anambra State.

Ikéngà, a police official, urged the public, particularly residents of Abia, Akwa-Ibom, and Rivers States, to help identify the children to facilitate a possible reunion with their parents.

The children were taken away from their parents in the mentioned states and brought to Anambra State, according to the suspects’ confessions. Anyone who recognizes the children’s parents should inform them to come to the Anambra State Police Command with proof, while the necessary verifications will be carried out by the Police Command before handing them over.
