Nollywood actress and producer, Ini Edo have expressed her joy and gratitude as her recent movie, Shanty Town, has received an impressive ten nominations for the upcoming Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).
In an emotional post on her Instagram Page, Ini Edo shared how she had anticipated a nomination for her movie, but was overwhelmed by the magnitude of the recognition received. She gave credit to the entire cast and crew, as well as her loyal supporters who made the movie a success.
Shanty Town, which is one of the biggest movies to come out of Africa, has been making waves since its release, drawing attention from audiences all over the world.
Ini Edo took a moment to appreciate the unwavering support of her tribe, her unshakable crew, and her amazing cast members, who put in their best to make the movie a success. She also thanked her audience, who she dubbed the real Most Valuable Players (MVPs) for taking the gospel of Shanty far and wide.
