Posthumously bestowed with two distinguished accolades in Ghana are the names of the late Nigerian musician Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad. Despite his strange death at the age of 27, Mohbad was honored for his substantial contributions to the African music scene at the Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy Awards.
The song “Beast and Peace” by Mohbad was the most popular in Africa, and he was named Supreme African Street-Hop Artist of the Year. Many celebrities and fans are demanding justice because these awards were supposed to be given to him before he passed away.
The Supreme Dynamic Talent Academy Awards have created a new category to recognize Mohbad for his enduring influence on the music business. As a way to honor Mohbad’s impact on African music, a new category called Supreme Imole Rookie Street-Pop Artiste of the Year will be established to recognize exceptional talents each year.
After three injections were found in Mohbad’s system just before he passed away, the circumstances surrounding his death have resulted in numerous arrests and detentions. Tragically, a gifted artist’s life and career were cut short, and the music industry and fans are still grieving his loss.
