It was reported that the Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba, on Monday ordered an investigation into remarks made by Habib Okikiola aka Portable.

Portable, in a trending video, claimed he formed the notorious cult groups known as One Million Boys and Ajah Boys. The Lagos gangs are known for their violent activities, including murders, abductions, and robbery.

The police at different times arrested a number of members, while some were declared wanted.

A statement on Monday by Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi conveyed Baba’s order of a probe.

Reacting to Portable’s plight, Nigerians slammed popular rapper, Olamide for introducing Portable to the industry and making him, popular with their hit song ‘Zazoo Sneh.’

Responding to this, OAP Dotun said Olamide is not at fault because just like Portable, he gave other singers such as Adekunle Gold, Lil Kesh, and others a platform to grow and they used it responsibly.

Speaking further Dotun opined that entertainment is the opium of good & bad, hence it is important to choose your poison wisely.
