Rivers state governor, Nyesome Wike yesterday paid a visit to some areas of Port Harcourt where the flood had ravaged. Wike aka Mr Project drove along with his entourage in the flooded area. The expression onf his face could tell how pathetic he felt about the occurrence.
Now, Wike should be working out plans on how to forestall normalcy on these roads and proffer proper channels for drainage.
