According to CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Force Public Relations Officer, anyone who has evidence of attacks against the Chairman of the Lagos State Parks and Garages Association, Musiliu Akinsaya, popularly known as Mc Oluomo, should file a suit against him. Adejobi made this statement on Twitter in response to a user named AjammaS, who accused Adejobi and the police of failing to protect voters during an election after Adejobi dismissed Mc Oluomo’s threat against the Igbo in a viral video as a joke and assured voters of their safety during the election.

Adejobi encouraged the user to take up the case against Mc Oluomo if they have evidence of attacks against him, stating that Mc Oluomo has no immunity. He emphasized that people should not pass judgment or conduct a trial on Twitter, and many people have already addressed this issue.

Previously, Mc Oluomo had threatened Igbo individuals in Lagos State, stating that they should not vote for any political party except for the All Progressives Congress in the state governorship election. Adejobi described this threat as a joke and stated that no one had the audacity to tell Nigerians not to vote. He explained that Mc Oluomo himself had debunked the threat, and the Commissioner of Police in Lagos had also dismissed it.

The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Obafemi Hamzat, had stated that Mc Oluomo and the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, should be arrested and prosecuted if found guilty of breaking the law during the recently concluded elections in the state. Hamzat clarified that he was not calling for the arrest of anyone but merely emphasizing that if Mc Oluomo had broken the law, he must pay for it.
