Espam Formation University’s Vice Chancellor, Professor Martial Lipeb, has congratulated Mai Mala Buni, the re-elected Governor of Yobe State in Nigeria, on his victory in the gubernatorial election held on March 18, 2023. The congratulatory message was jointly signed by the University’s Registrar, Omolewa Egor, and the Dean of Students’ Affairs, Dr Kazeem Akande on Wednesday.
In the message, Lipeb commended Buni for his excellent performance in the education sector and other areas during his first term in office. He also stated the University’s vision to build leaders who can bring positive changes through education and added that Buni’s victory is proof that the institution is a competent management-based educational system.
Lipeb, who is also the founder of the University, expressed his pride in Buni’s achievement and the association between the University and the Governor. He noted that the people of Yobe State would benefit from the values of sound judgment and character instilled in them by the institution.
The Vice Chancellor concluded by wishing Governor Buni another blissful four years in office and offered the University’s congratulations to him and the people of Yobe State.
