Sean Combs, or Diddy as he is more popularly known, has surpassed Kanye West and officially became Hip-Hop’s new billionaire. In fact, he”s now worth an estimated net worth of $1bn.
A new report from former Forbes entertainment editor, Zack O’Malley Greenburg, shows that Diddy is the third hip-hop artist to ever attain billionaire status after Jay-Z and Kanye West, with a total net worth of $1 billion.
In addition to his Bad Boy Records label, Sean “Diddy” Combs has other businesses to thank for his new billionaire status, like Ciroc and Revolt.
After a series of anti-Semitic remarks recently, West lost his billionaire status following the cancellation of his deal with Adidas.
It’s been confirmed that Jay-Z has regained the top spot as the richest artist in hip-hop. With a net worth of $1.5 billion, he became hip-hop’s first billionaire in 2019.
